Is this the department of motor vehicles? They're always horrible, but I would imagine everyone in HI is more relaxed, calm, and helpful. Am I being naive? :)
No, this was in the jury parking garage (Ha!-Great motivation, huh?). I haven't really had much exposure to the DMV out here, but I would speak very highly of almost every postal worker I've encountered around the island. :)
