Darren at Bart's Bookshelves is giving us a creative outlet this hour. Our challenge is to put together some book titles to make a sentence. This is harder than it sounds-go see how many present-tense verbs and conjunctions you can find on your bookshelf!
Here's what I finally came up with:
Odd: Thomas, the cellist of Sarajevo, the sparrow, Oliver Twist, Frog, and Toad are friends.
On a side note, my husband discovered Frog and Toad are Friends tucked away on our book shelf a few weeks ago and decided to pull it down and read it out loud. We were cracking up by the end because he is so clearly Frog and, as much as I hate to admit it, I am so clearly Toad, but I guess that's what makes us perfect for each other!

Ha, yes that's an odd group of friends! Have a fun read-a-thon day!
I don't think it's odd at all...friends are important. :-D
Friends come in all shapes and sizes! Great.
